Using Scheduled Posts

Start at draft.blogger.com
Login to your blogger account.
Create a new post.
Click on the Post Options link.
On the right, click on the radio button for "scheduled at" then enter the date and time when you want to release your post.

I'm scheduling this post for 3:00 pm on January 2, 2010.
